What doses appear in research?

The ISSN review describes 4–6 g daily for at least two to four weeks. These are studied performance protocols, not a personal recommendation; they exceed the lower amounts discussed in the newer German risk assessment. 1 2

Can product form affect tingling?

Dividing doses or using sustained-release formulations can reduce tingling. Better tolerance alone does not establish long-term safety. 1 2
