What the safety study can tell us

The 51-person study tested the extract alongside usual medication for four weeks. Blood-cell counts and electrolytes did not change significantly. This short observation cannot establish long-term safety or safety with every medicine. 1

Celery allergy still matters

BfR identifies celery as a food allergen, including in some people with pollen-related cross-allergies. EU labeling rules cover celery and products made from it when used as ingredients. 2
