How much safety information is available?
In its 2019 assessment of compounded chrysin, FDA found insufficient information to evaluate oral or topical safety. The newer blend study followed only 15 participants for 30 days and reported mild, reversible adverse events without clinically relevant biochemical changes. It cannot settle long-term safety. 1 2
