What can the safety evidence tell us?

Single-dose studies cannot establish the safety of daily use over months. The 2023 trial also involved company-employed authors. EFSA has assessed glucosyl hesperidin under specified food uses, but that conclusion concerns a different ingredient and should not be treated as a safety clearance for pure hesperetin. 1 2 3
