Pulp, juice or a capsule?

Açaí is sold as pulp, juice, powder and capsules. The pilot study tested pulp, so its findings cannot simply be assigned to a concentrated capsule. The German consumer organization also notes that familiar dark berries supply anthocyanins, the pigments associated with açaí’s color. 1 2
