Choline
Choline is an essential nutrient found in eggs, meat and fish. The body makes some of it and uses it for cell membranes and the messenger acetylcholine.
Also listed as Trimethylethanolamine, Choline Bitartrate
What is in the bottle?
Products contain forms such as choline bitartrate, phosphatidylcholine or lecithin. NIH reports no comparative studies establishing their relative bioavailability. The form’s name alone therefore does not establish that it is better absorbed. 1
