What is known about tolerability?

Most trials in the cardiovascular review reported no serious adverse effects. Such short studies are more reassuring about immediate tolerability than long-term use. EFSA also found no clinically relevant blood-test changes in the human studies of glucosyl hesperidin it reviewed, while noting limitations in those safety data. 1 2
