How much nutrition does a small serving add?

The food-table value cited by Verbraucherzentrale is about 60 g protein per 100 g dried spirulina. A 2 g portion therefore supplies about 1.2 g, a calculated amount rather than a substantial protein serving. 1

Can it supply vitamin B12?

Spirulina is unsuitable as a reliable B12 source: much of its measured B12-like material is inactive in humans. 1
