What do the studied doses tell us?
The exercise trials used 500 or 600 mg daily for nine weeks and reached different strength results. These amounts describe experiments, not an established effective daily dose. The fortified-oil studies also cannot tell us whether a capsule would have the same effect. 1 2 3
