Phosphatidylserine

Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid found in cell membranes, especially in the brain. Supplements are usually made from soy or sunflower lecithin.

Also listed as PS, Phosphatidyl Serine

Where does dietary PS come from?

Health Canada identifies fish, poultry and other meats as relatively rich sources. Amounts and composition vary with food source and processing, so food intake is not directly interchangeable with a standardized study product. 1
