What did the memory trial test?
Twenty healthy adults over 65 tried placebo and four doses of a standardized common-sage extract on separate visits. The 333 mg dose improved memory and attention accuracy over the following hours. This was a short-term test result, not evidence of lasting protection against memory loss. 1
