Does it reduce body fat?
A 12-week trial randomized 30 Korean adults with BMI 25–35 to 3 g extract daily or placebo. Body-fat mass and percentage improved, but abdominal-fat measurements did not differ significantly. The product supplier contributed funding. This is a preliminary signal for the tested extract. 1
