Questions people ask

Was pea protein better than whey for strength?

The 12-week trial found no significant difference in strength gains between pea, whey, and placebo groups, all of which trained. 2

Does a scoop mean 25 g of protein?

Not necessarily. In the breakfast trial, powder weight and protein weight differed. The protein amount on the label is the relevant comparison. 3

Does peanut allergy automatically mean pea allergy?

No. Cross-reactions occur in some people, but they are not inevitable. Health Canada recommends individual allergy advice. 1
